Susan Marie Melancon

Breaux Bridge – A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 29, at St. Bernard Catholic Church for Susan Marie Melancon, 90, who passed away on Friday, March 24, 2017.
Visiting hours will be observed at the funeral home on Wednesday from 7 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.
Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2.
She is survived by her son, Blaine Melancon of Parks; daughter, Cindy Melancon of New Orleans; brothers, Howard Melancon of Lafayette and Lester Melancon of Breaux Bridge; sister, Elaine Melancon of Breaux Bridge; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband. Herman R. Melancon; and brothers, Henry Jr., Antoine, Henry and Simon Melancon; and her sister, Mrs Dorcineau (Verna) LeBlanc.
Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
