Ruby Rita Champagne Locricchio

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 22, 2014, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Ruby Rita Champagne Locricchio, 84, who passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2014, at J. Michael Morrow Memorial Nursing Home.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Friday and continue at 8 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. on Saturday. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. on Friday.
Rev. David Broussard will officiate at the Funeral Service. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge.
Ruby enjoyed entertaining her family and friends and being the life of the party. She loved her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and family unconditionally.
She is survived by her husband, James Locricchio of Arnaudville; her son, Robert Lee and his wife Dorene Monrovia Lee of California; her daughter, Roxanne Peltier of Arnaudville; two grandchildren, Donald Peltier and his wife Kristina, and Morgan Lee; and four great-grandchildren, Dominic Peltier, Trinity Peltier, Daniel Peltier and Erica Dreier.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Honora Thibodeaux Champagne; her brothers, Percy and Andrew Champagne; and her sisters, Ruth Martin, Mae Striegle, Gertrude Calais and Agles Cormier.
Pallbearers will be Donald Peltier, Ricky Frugé, Roy Latiolais, Donald Chaisson, Dominic Peltier, and Trey Robert.
Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge, 211 Berard St. (337-332-2111), is in charge of arrangements.
