Henderson man busted for drugs
Executing an arrest warrant for drug possession on a Henderson man on Tuesday, July 15, narcotic agents with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office say they found him in possession of even more drugs.
An added count of possession of Schedule II narcotics – methamphetamine – was levied at Jordan Ryder, 22.
Ryder was already wanted for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and illegal carrying of firearms.
Deputies said the drugs Ryder had in his possession when they made the arrest have an estimated street value of $3,500. He also had paraphernalia used to package and sell the illegal drug, they said.
He was booked into the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center.
