St. Martinville native recognized for service with Acadian

Melanie Olivier of St. Martinville was recently honored by Acadian Ambulance for her 21 years of service to the company.
Over the last two decades she has served as an EMT-Basic in Broussard, St. Martinville, and currently New Iberia.
Before starting her career with Acadian, Olivier graduated from St. Martinville Senior High and later attended Teche Area Vo-Tech School.
Acadian Ambulance is one of the largest ambulance services in the nation, offering emergency and non-emergency transportation to areas in Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi.
