Beaux Bridge escapee caught in Denham Springs

Breaux Bridge – Christopher Paulson, who broke loose from his handcuffs and escaped as he was being booked last week, Assistant Chief Terry Latiolais of the Breaux Bridge Police Department said.

Paulson, 35, will be transferred back to Breaux Bridge to answer to charges of possession of stolen items and a violation of a protection order.

Police said Paulson fled custody last Thursday while being booked on the above offenses.
