St. Martinville Man Arrested on Multiple Drug Charges

The St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office, after receiving several complaints of drug activity in the St. Martinville area, Thursday evening arrested Terrance Babin 26, St. Martinville, in the 900 block of Gov. Mouton Street.
Babin was found to be in possession of suspected illegal narcotics with an approximate street value of $2,000.
He was booked into the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center on suspicion of possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, synthetic cannabinoids, cocaine, amphetamine, Alprazolam. Also possession of drug paraphernalia, and transactions involving proceeds from drug offenses.
At the time of this report, bond had not been set.
