St. Martinville Man And Three Juveniles Arrested In Connection With Burglary and Vandalism of St. Martinville Jr. High School

Friday morning, St. Martinville Jr. High School officials arrived at school and discovered that the school had been vandalized and burglarized. Investigators with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office initiated an investigation, and through the course of the investigation they were able to gather video surveillance of the incident whereby it showed all four subjects wearing Halloween masks.
Late Friday afternoon, investigators with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested Trequel Clay, 17, St. Martinville and two male juveniles (ages 14 and 15). They were all charged with simple burglary and simple criminal property damage.
Clay was booked into the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center in lieu of $4,000 bond.
Monday afternoon, the fourth suspect, a male juvenile (age 14), was identified and arrested on the same charges.
Following their arrests, all three juvenile subjects were placed in the Assumption Parish Youth Detention Center.
