New Iberia man busted in theft of generators

Paul Joseph Myers, 24, of New Iberia, was arrested Friday, Dec. 4, on suspicion of theft of two portable generators reported stolen generators from residences on Catahoula Highway and Burton Plantation Highway in the week.
Following his arrest by investigating deputies from the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office, Myers he was booked into the Iberia Parish jail and will be extradited to the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center at a later date.
