Aerial search launched

An aerial search is being conducted for a woman and two small children last seen in St. Martin Parish Sunday afternoon.

Earlier today, search dogs from Hunt Correctional Center were called in.

Heather Gary, 25, along with Taylin Toucheck, 4, and Landon Sonnier, 4, were last seen Sunday afternoon at approximately 4:15 p.m. walking east on Joel Blanchard Rd. near Parks. Gary was last seen wearing a pink spahetti-strap shirt and shorts and was barefoot. Taylin has blond hair and was wearing a pink shirt. Landon was wearing blue jeans.

Units from the La. State Police, La. and La. Wildlife and Fisheries, along with St. Martin Land Co. are aiding the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's office in the search.
