Investigators with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office are working an armed robbery that occurred at approximately 1:30 a.m. this morning on Prairie Hwy. near the St. Martin/Lafayette Parish line.
A significant part of the problem of low water pressure here is the fact that one of the Cecilia Water Corporation’s four wells is out of operation and another is operating at about half-capacity, said the system’s manager, Bruce Guidry.
